Cancellations and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made within 3 days of booking or at least 3 days before the scheduled travel date. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

  • Full Refunds: You may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 3 days of booking or as per the specific terms mentioned in your booking agreement.
  • Partial Refunds: If you cancel after 3 days but before 3 days of travel, a partial refund may apply. This will be subject to any cancellation fees and terms set by the travel service provider (hotel, tour, transportation, etc.).
  • Non-Refundable: Certain bookings may be non-refundable, such as special promotions, group bookings, and third-party services.

Exchanges and Modifications
If you need to make changes to your travel booking, such as altering dates, destinations, or accommodations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges, depending on the service provider’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items and Services
Some services or items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Non-refundable flight tickets
  • Special event tickets
  • Travel insurance
  • Custom travel packages or itineraries

Damaged or Defective Services
If you experience issues with any travel services provided, such as a damaged hotel room or transportation issue, please contact us immediately. We will work with the service providers to resolve the issue and offer a suitable solution, whether it be a replacement, credit, or partial refund.

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
In the event of unavoidable circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will do our best to offer a refund or reschedule your travel plans, depending on the policies of the service providers involved.

Return Shipping
For any physical items related to your booking (such as tickets or travel kits) that need to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing Time
Refunds or credits will be processed within 3 business days after your cancellation is confirmed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
